Justin Cormier is a Certified Personal Trainer and graduated from the University of Ontario Institute of Technology (UOIT) with a Bachelor of Health Sciences (Honors) degree specializing in Kinesiology. Prior to that, he earned a Fitness and Health Promotion diploma from Durham College. His love for fitness started when he got injured playing football. He learned quickly that being physically fit is key to improving overall health and avoiding further injuries. Through his dedicated rehabilitation he was back to playing sports in no time and knows all too well the physical and mental challenges that arise throughout that process. Justin has experience training various populations including older adults, youth, and university athletes. He also plans to further his fitness career by pursuing a Master of Health Sciences and becoming a Certified Strength and Conditioning Coach.
