Challenge Winners

Winner – 13.08% Weight Loss

Gail was the big winner of 2016, dropping 19.6lbs for a total of 13.08% of her starting weight. She credits this in large part to exercise, meal preparation, the support and love of her husband and cutting back on drinking wine for 60 days!

Winner – 14.90% Weight Loss

 

Sarah Gibbons was the winner of our 2017 Body Shred Challenge losing 28.4lbs for a total of 14.90% of her starting weight. She was able to change her eating habits despite having 13 month old twins at home and made a commitment to exercise, giving it 110% effort at every class she attended!
