Prices start as low as $79 per session.
LIFESTYLE
The lifestyle package is ideal for anyone who is looking to train 2-3 times per week and is committed to their long terms goals. This package gives you a total savings of $960. Depending on your frequency of training this package typically lasts 6-9 months. This package comes with 4 body scans as well as a meal plan.

FRAMEWORK
The framework package is our most popular seller. It’s perfect for anyone looking to train twice a week. 24 sessions is the perfect amount of sessions to reach some immediate goals, develop good exercise habits and to build a solid foundation and understanding of what needs to be done in the gym. This package typically last between 3-6 months.

FOUNDATIONS
The foundations starter pack is a great option for someone that is new to exercise and joining a gym for the first time. This package is ideal for anyone looking to start off with 1 session a week and will usually last approximately 1.5 to 3 months. In these 12 sessions we teach you the basics and really focus on form, technique and customizing your workout towards you. This package can also be used for anyone on a maintenance plan who just want to be held accountable.
